After more than 15 years of managerial experience, in 2013, I found myself in a situation in which I needed to be effective to reinvent myself personally and professionally. There were so many issues to resolve at the same time that my ability to organize myself was not a question of achieving better results but rather of personal survival.

I thought that what I had successfully applied to myself could be useful for people in a similar situation. I decided to model it and create a technique that people could learn. This is where the FASE® Method was born.

I started working with leaders of organizations that were eager to gain control, improve results and reduce stress. From the start, I realized that it was my own clients who were proposing improvements to the method in what were years of continuous adaptation to the real needs of organizational leaders.

In 2020, we adapted the Method to include hybrid situations of face-to-face and remote work. And I can say that, after hundreds of sessions and projects, and thousands of reflections and shared experiences, FASE® is the definitive method co-created with business leaders to optimize their time management and improve their organizations.

I met Agustín in 2015 and was one of the first to implement the FASE® Method across a sales team I was directing at the time. When I saw the transforming effect the method had on the team and on myself, I implemented it in different organizations for which I was a consultant. I decided to become certified and accredited as a FASE® consultant. I have now been implementing the FASE® method for four years in more than a dozen organizations with around a hundred students.

I have over 15 years’ experience in multinationals such as Procter and Gamble, and R&D centers in Business Development, Sales and Marketing. In the last four years I have been working as a consultant and member of the management committees of technology-based companies in Spain, France, Finland, Sweden, Portugal and the Netherlands.

Juanjo Marín

The FASE® Method brought such a radical change to my life that, since then, I have not only applied it, but I have also aimed to share it with students and clients. This has enabled me to see the improvements in the productivity and time management of business leaders first-hand.

Laura García

After spending 15 years supporting people in their professional growth from different positions, I met Agus and his method during an inflection point in my career.

I have worked as an advisor, consultant, development manager and Human Resources manager in cooperative, multinational and family-owned companies.
